Fund raising is really not my thing, not that I don't want to help, but not a strength I have. However you ask me to go for a ride, or an excuse to buy a nice suit, well that gets my attention. It still needs to be for a worth while cause.
Men's health, both mental and physical, is one I do care about. Removing g the stigma of asking for help is important. For me it was tough reaching out for the help when it was needed. The tools I got tho when I did get help are invaluable. I had so much to deal with. If I did not ask for help I can honestly say I would not be where I am now.
If this ride can help fund something that will give someone the help to get the help they need that for sure is something I am happy to work for.
I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's RideFriday 25th On Sunday the 22nd of May 2022, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
Enjoy the ride. A worthy cause!
Ride on man! Thank you for using your passion for something powerful and making a stand for such a cause.
