Howdy guys,

On the 21st of May I will have the pleasure of joining the distinguished Mr John Roberts on his BMW R NineT Scrambler. John has very kindly agreed to let me ride pillion on the DGR charity ride in aid of Mens Prostate Cancer research and Mens Mental Health awareness. These are two very worthy causes and ones I am sure will resonate with many of you… My father, countless of my friends and family aswell as myself are dealing with prostate issues at the moment and so it is my honour to represent all those fighting in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. It would mean a lot if you could donate and spread the word to keep the conversation about Mens Health current. On a personal note, I would like to thank all the nurses and doctors I deal with in James Hospital. And to anyone battling any of these issues, I wish you a healthy recovery and I am so glad to be rooting for you on the 21st of May.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Thursday 4th May 2023 On Sunday the 21st of May 2023, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
