Tuesday 2nd May 2023I'm so excited I have achieved my goal of raising $1000 for men's prostate health and mental health awareness. With three weeks left to go, I hope to exceed my goal with more support.
My dear stepfather was diagnosed with prostate cancer, which was caught early enough to treat. With enough awareness many men can have the same outcome. I am also raising two beautiful sons, and I want to make sure all of the best resources are available to them.
For so many of us, our mental health suffered during the pandemic and my sons were not different. It is important to teach them how to ask for help. And it is just as important to teach them how to accept it. Thank you so much for helping with your donations! It means a great deal to me!

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Wednesday 5th Apr 2023 On Sunday the 21st of May 2023, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
