I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, I’ll be suiting up (British racing green ascot scarf) and riding in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. It’s a global event to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health.

Here’s the sad part: men die, on average, six years earlier than women—usually from things that could’ve been prevented. A lot of us keep quiet, power through, pretend everything’s fine. That takes a toll. It shouldn’t be like this.

So before I roll out looking like a character from a lost Euro-horror film, I’m asking for your support. Any donation—big, small—helps.

Let’s do what we can to help the men in our lives stick around longer, feel better, and maybe even talk about what’s actually going on once in a while. Let's be heroes!
