Join our team as we ride for The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride!

On Sunday the 21st of May 2023, I am joining a group of other motorcyclists to ride in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride.  Our local group joins thousands of men and women across the globe in raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

I have battled with depression and anxiety on and off for most of my adult life.  It's a challenging circumstance to handle personally, and one that is even more difficult to share and be open about.  For others, it can be very hard to understand how it feels or why it holds such power over those it affects. For all these reasons, many people, men especially, keep their experiences and struggles private.  That does not help! 

I am asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.  For me, for my sons, and for any men in your life that are important to you, know that your support matters.
