I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Monday 25th Mar 2024On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health.
Supporting mental health is a cause that is very close to my heart.
This year marks a decade since I lost my brother to suicide. 10 years ago, men's mental health and suicide prevention was not a main stream issue. Thanks to organisations around the world, including the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, it is ok for men to discuss how they are feeling and find people to talk to.
The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.
My brother loved motorcycles and dressing up, what better way to honour him then to be part of this amazing ride.
So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
