I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

I’ve just returned from a slow, reflective ride from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur on my Lambretta a journey that reminded me how precious time, purpose, and connection truly are.

This year, I’m riding for something profoundly personal. On Sunday, 18th May 2025, I’ll be taking part in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, joining thousands across the globe to raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health and prostate cancer research, in support of Movember.

Like many of you, I’ve lost dear friends far too soon and I have friends who are currently living with prostate cancer. These are not distant stories they’re close to the heart. Men die on average six years earlier than women, often from preventable causes. And far too many are suffering in silence.

So before I press my tweed and dust off my sandals, I’m reaching out to invite you to stand with me.

Let’s ride together in spirit and support a cause that matters. Donate what you can, and help the men we love live healthier, happier, and longer lives.
