Ready for the season!

7 months since it was stolen from my garage in september. I finally have the CBR back and repaired of its damages, with a full service to boot to make sure it's road worthy for the season and all set for my first DGR.

It's been a trying winter, holding out hope that i might get my bike back, and literal hours before I was ready to call the insurance company and take my payout for it, I got the call that the motorbike had been found. It had minimal damage to the fairings and all major components intact. So all I had to do was a flush of the coolant, oil and fuel systems. And then with some fresh sparks it starts and rides like a dream 

Now it's time to enjoy this beautiful machine again, and continue raising money in the build up for this years DGR!

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Thursday 21st Mar 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
