I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I will be riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, along with other motorcyclists around the world.  This is my fourth year participating in this very important cause to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.

My steed for this year's ride will again be my 1990 Harley-Davidson Fatboy.  1990 was the introductory year for the Fatboy, and was only available in a Fine Metallic Sliver paint scheme, that was applied to the frame, as well as the bodywork.  It is one of 4440 produced, and it is unknown how many are left on the road.  Often known as the Grey Ghost, there are many legends and myths surrounding its origins but everyone agrees that it is an iconic motorcycle which I consider myself very fortunate to own.
