I'm roughly halfway to my fundraising target for the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 2025, taking place exactly four days from today in Bangkok. This is my 7th year participating in the DGR, and 5th year with my Thailand biker compatriots (during the two covid years everyone rode solo). I hope to make it a big one for men's health research this year, with your help. Donations gratefully accepted on behalf of Movember. Thank you!

It's just 16 days until I join my fellow riders here in Bangkok in a 37-km motorcycle ramble around the city to raise public awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health. Many thousands of classic motorcycle enthusiasts around the world will likewise be riding en masse on that date in our Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. We're asking for your support - whatever you can afford goes directly towards men's health research via Movember, official charity partner of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride since 2016. I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 26th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
