I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'll be riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (Whitehaven) joining riders across the world to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and mostly for preventable reasons. The number of men that are become victims and suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

Before I don my best suit, wax my moustache and start up my bike... I ask for you to join me in raising funds and awareness for such a great cause. Many of us will know someone who has suffered or at least, a family that has been affected.

Lets do our best and think of our Father's, Brothers, Sons and Friends to support this great cause and help Men to live happier and healthier lives.
