I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday May 18, 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in Orlando to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

Prostate is the 4th leading cause of cancer globally with nearly 1.5 million new cases a year, and the 8th leading cause of cancer deaths with nearly 400,000 deaths per year.  Meanwhile, mental health represents a global crisis, and ~1 in every 100 deaths globally is the result of suicide, with men representing a disproportionately higher rate of suicides.  

The ride is organized as a global event by Movember (see https://us.movember.com) which has raised over $1.4 billion since its inception and funded over 1,300 men's health projects globally.  So, before I put on my bowtie and boots for the ride on May 18, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men you love live happier and healthier lives.
