The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride - El paseo del caballero distinguido

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

Last minute decision so I don't have the time to get the dress right but if it helps a good cause it is worth taking part!

I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.

El domingo 18 de mayo de 2025, participaré en The Distiowned Gentleman's Ride con otros hombres y mujeres de todo el mundo para recaudar fondos y crear conciencia sobre el cáncer de próstata y la salud mental de los hombres en nombre de Movember. Los hombres mueren en promedio seis años antes que las mujeres y por razones en gran medida prevenibles. El número de hombres que sufren está aumentando y tenemos que hacer algo al respecto.

Decisión de último minuto, así no tengo tiempo para hacer bien el vestido, pero si ayuda a una buena causa, ¡vale la pena participar!

Le pido que se una a mí para recaudar fondos y crear conciencia sobre estas causas donando lo que pueda para esta causa significativa y para ayudar a los hombres que amamos a vivir vidas más felices y saludables.
