Prioritise your well-being

Thursday 4th Apr 2024

Hey everyone,

I've been dealing with a lot lately, trying to balance work and family responsibilities. Despite my efforts to take care of myself, I ended up in the emergency room twice last week because of symptoms that looked like a stroke. After all the tests, doctors said it's all due to stress.

I want to be honest with you all; it's been really tough grappling with the fear that these symptoms might signify something more serious, something that could be the end. It's a terrifying thought.

I'm reaching out to ask for your support during this tough time. Your understanding and encouragement mean a lot to me. And while I'm working through this, I want to remind each of you to take care of yourselves too. Let's be there for each other and prioritize our well-being together.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Thursday 4th Apr 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
