On Sunday, May 18, 2025, I will be participating in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with other men and women from around the world to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die, on average, 6 years earlier than women and largely for preventable reasons. The number of men suffering is increasing and we must do something about it. So, before I iron my jacket and shine my boots, I ask you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can to this meaningful cause and to help the men we love live longer, happier and healthier lives.

El domingo 18 de mayo de 2025, participaré en The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride con otros hombres y mujeres de todo el mundo para recaudar fondos y crear conciencia sobre el cáncer de próstata y la salud mental de los hombres en nombre de Movember. Los hombres mueren, en promedio, 6 años antes que las mujeres y, en gran medida, por razones que pueden prevenirse. El número de hombres que sufren está aumentando y debemos hacer algo al respecto. Entonces, antes de planchar mi chaqueta y lustrar mis botas, les pido que se unan a mí para recaudar fondos y generar conciencia sobre estas causas donando lo que puedan a esta causa significativa y para ayudar a los hombres que amamos a vivir vidas más largas, felices y saludables.
