Riding for men's health
Friday 2nd May 2025Men's health is not in the best of places right now.
When last checked in 2021, men lived 5.8 years less than women.
26% of working age men in 2020 reported being unable to work due to chronic illness or disability. (as opposed to 18% of women).
A 2024 article noted that men were more likely to die of cancer and chronic cardiovascular diseases than women.
It's time we bring some attention to men's health and on Sunday May 18, I'll be riding in the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in Oconomowoc to raise money and awareness of men's health issues.
Feel free to donate if you are so inspired or join us at Never Ending Cycles to cheer the riders on. It should be a fun day!

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Monday 24th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives. My Sponsors
