I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health/suicide prevention, on behalf of Movember. I've known quite a few men that have had prostate cancer. And I have personally known 6 men who have committed suicide, and have not known what to do about it. How about you? Dads, uncles, brothers, sons, friends, and grandfathers can be affected, and certainly their families and friends feel the impact.

So now, we can make a difference. I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these meaningful causes by donating what you can, and to help the men we know and love live happier and healthier lives.
