I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, May 18th, I’m throwing on some tweed, kicking up the stand on my Triumph Thunderbolt Storm, and riding in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride — alongside thousands of others around the world. We're raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health, in support of Movember.

Here’s the thing: men die, on average, six years earlier than women — and most of the time, it’s preventable. Too many men are struggling in silence. This ride is about changing that. It's about showing up, speaking up, and helping the men we love live longer, happier lives.
