I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Tuesday 6th May 2025

This year I have chosen to host a ride. Albeit I will more than likely be 'Robinson Crusoe' I have chosen Cowra for a number of reasons, not least of all that Cowra is an iconic Australian town, befitting of such a great cause. Also, I have a few mates out in rural NSW who suffer in silence. Rural Australia has many like them, they go, by inlarge in anominity and unchecked. Some of these blokes are heroes to me.

On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
