Riding Dapper for a Cause: My 2025 Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride

On Sunday, May 19th, I’ll be donning my finest suit, kickstarting my bike, and joining thousands of riders around the world for the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride—an incredible charity event raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health.

It’s not just about looking sharp (though the polished boots and tweed jackets are part of the fun!). The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride brings together a global community of riders who care deeply about men’s health. The event supports the Movember Foundation, helping fund life-saving research and critical mental health programs.

This cause is close to my heart. Too many men struggle in silence, whether with their mental health or serious health conditions like prostate cancer. By getting involved, I hope to do a small part to help change that.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 2nd Apr 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
