Every £1 makes a difference.

This is something that's close to me. Something you won't hear me discuss very often. None the less, it's hugely important.

Those close enough to me will know that my family has suffered several losses in the last few years through the very things this great charity aims to help with.

It's hard to put into words how devastating these things can be and, if I'm being honest, I don't really want to try. There are, however, things that I try to do to help prevent others from facing the same experience.

In the last few years I've donated to various charities and this year, this one seems to hit closest to home.

I don't expect everyone to see this, I don't expect everyone who does to donate. But, if even a small percentage make a small donation, and I'll take £1, it could make a difference. It could save a life. It could save the life of someone suffering from the loss of another loved one.

Please don't just scroll by. Give it a thought. It could be the £1 that makes a difference.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 27th Mar 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
