Jozlyn and I are riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, May 19, 2024, my daughter and I will be participating in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, a global event aimed at raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health through Movember. This cause holds deep personal significance for me. I lost my father to kidney failure and my stepfather to cancer. These experiences have underscored the importance of addressing men's health issues, as men often face preventable health challenges that lead to shorter lifespans compared to women.

Statistics show that men, on average, die six years earlier than women, largely due to preventable reasons. The number of men affected by these health issues continues to grow. It's crucial that we take action to support men's health and well-being.
