So it's the Friday before the big day,as usual things are going full tilt in the background like the serene Swan gliding across a lake,but underneath the water the feet are going 10 to the dozen. This year i have been given the task of being tail end charlie,many thanks to Nigel for showing trust in me,been a difficult year with illness and moving away finally, all the more reason to support the cause, so please I would appreciate any spare money you can give and thanks for reading my post,

Hello to you all,it's that time of year again where we are preparing for the 2025 Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. And time for the usual begging to family and friends for sponsorship, not 100% on what to wear this year,looking forward to seeing riders from last year, just a short note at the moment

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Tuesday 25th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
