I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Hey Fellas, 

As men, we’re often taught to stay silent. To be strong. And to brave the battles no matter what. To just keep pushing through, whether as dads, brothers, husbands, or sons.
But here’s the truth: vulnerability is strength. And now, more than ever, it’s time we show up for each other.
Sometimes, that means having a tough conversation. Sometimes, it’s encouraging someone to get a check-up. And sometimes, it’s getting on a motorcycle and riding for a cause that matters.

On Sunday, May 18th, 2025, I’ll be joining thousands of riders across the globe for The Distinguished Gentleman’s Rides -a worldwide movement raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health, in partnership with Movember.

Here’s why this matters:
🔹 Men die, on average, six years earlier than women
🔹 The majority of these causes are preventable
🔹 Rates of mental health struggles in men continue to rise silently

This ride is more than just a day on two wheels — it's a statement, a symbol, and a commitment to changing the narrative.

So before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I’m asking for your support. Your donation—however big or small—will help fund life-saving research and vital mental health programs that can change lives.
