I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, May 19th, 2024, I'll be participating in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride alongside people from around the world. Our goal? To support Movember's efforts in combating prostate cancer and promoting men's mental health. The statistics are sobering: men, on average, die six years earlier than women, often from preventable causes. It's a concerning trend that's only getting worse.
