It was quite a DGR year in Dallas for 2021.
The Dallas Gentry reached numbers of registrations that we have only bested twice since 2013. Additionally, even in these odd times and with 12 days left to go, we have raised the 4th most amount of money in Dallas DGR history; without a compulsory donation, this is quite a feat.
To add to the strange-factor of 2021, we were one of the few Texas rides that actually completed their ride on May 23rd. What this means in practical terms, is that our DGR Riding Season has been extended, which is awesome! I will be taking to I45 south and joining in on the Houston ride on May 30th. I am excited to see how things are done in the Bayou City!
Thanks for Reading and Stay Dapper!
UPDATE: I get to ride on Sunday, May 30th with the Houston Ride! I can't wait!
On Sunday the 23rd of May, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.
Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
