I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday, 18 May 2025, I’m taking part in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health with Movember. This cause hits home for me—this year, I’ve witnessed firsthand the silent struggles men face with their mental health. Too many are suffering in silence, and it’s time we change that. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women, often from preventable causes. So before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I’m asking for your support.
