Each year I hear about herotic stories about the battles, those that have fought and won; as well as those that have won but it was only a temorary state. Although I am not fighting this myself it's been emotionally challenging to hear about fathers, brothers, uncles, and friends fight for their very lives. Yeah, they beat prostate cancer and then it comes back but this time it also travels to their kidneys! What the hell...can't these guys get a break, a chance to live a normal DAY with family without this pain?
I'm doing what I can...but is it enough? What can you do? Help! That's what you can do!
On Sunday the 30th of September, I will don my finest attire with my fellow men and women across the globe to join the fight with The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride to raise awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health. But before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I need you to donate what you can for this meaningful cause and help me reach my goal.
For your uncles, your brothers, your fathers and friends. Donate what you can, for their lives need not end.
My start can be Your Journey!
Have a great ride!
